Uma Ranganathan is reckoned as a strong internationally experienced human resources leader. Hailing from India, she has studied and worked in over 5 countries, and has held multiple roles in the HR sphere, from a people development specialist, to heading up talent acquisition and mobility for North America, and currently, she is the Digital program Manager responsible for transformation of the HR IT stack at Equinor. Uma is also a thought leader, an avid speaker and writer on themes of change management, leadership and talent development. When not into HR, Uma engages in singing (Indian classical music), yoga and cooking.
